株洲市九洲傳動機械有限公司（原株洲市機床齒輪廠）創建于一九六九年，系鐵道部、原機械工業部齒輪定點生產企業，國家中型企業，榮獲省“經濟活力百強企業”、中國質量協會“質量穩定合格企業”等榮譽稱號。二OO三年公司成功改制為民營股份企業后，成為九洲四維集團旗下的機械制造公司，注冊資本6000萬，現有員工450人，年產值2.5億元。主要設備有：HOFLER、NILES、MAAG磨齒機群，易普森多功能爐、井式爐、美國G&L鏜銑床、大型龍門刨等，檢測手段齊全，并通過ISO9000認證。齒輪加工能力強，可加工直徑φ10mm~3000mm、模數 1~30mm的齒輪，精度可達國標3級；主要為礦山、冶金、建材、化工等生產企業提供各類硬齒面減速器以及行星減速器。
目前公司主要產品有：
1、主要非標產品：掘進機專用減速機、龍門起重機專用減速機、冶金機械專用減速機、建材立磨減速機、邊緣傳動減速機、中心傳動減速機等；
2、主要標準產品：ZSY系列、DBY/DCY系列、NBD系列、QY/QJY系列；
