唐冶廠生產的硬齒面磨齒減速器，已有50多年的歷史。
為提高減速器的設計和制造質量，我廠于80年代末由德國弗蘭德公司引進專有技術和關鍵的加工、檢測設備設計生產的產品。經過多年的消化吸收，現已形成SZ、KE、SD、KZ、SV、KD等十二大系列、二百多個規格的系列產品，國前化率達100%。
該產品最大末端中心距為800mm，最大額定功率達8500kw，傳動比范圍為5—500。這些減速器的齒輪采用低碳合金鋼滲碳淬火磨齒，具有齒輪精度高、體積小、重量輕、承載能力大、壽命長、噪音低等優點，各項技術性能指標均達到世界先進國家的水平，為中國名牌產品，通過國家煤安認證。
為上海寶鋼、京唐港等國家重點工程以及冶金、礦山、煤炭、電力、能源、運輸、起重、輕工、紡織、工程機械、化工、建材等各個行業，提供了大量的優質產品。
90年代末，我廠又在引進系列硬齒面減速器的基礎上，自行開發了換代升級產品－PC2000系列減速器。并開發了服務于冶金行業的輥道減速器以及起重機專用減速器、水泥磨專用減速器等。圓柱齒輪精度達到DIN3962及DIN3963標準6級，強度計算執行DIN3990。錐齒輪精度及強度計算執行KN3028標準。
