湖北行星傳動設備有限公司始建于1999年，2004年12月正式成立，是湖北省黃岡市重點招商引資的一家非公有制企業，專業研發、生產、銷售超低側隙行星齒輪減速機。公司坐落在黃岡市經濟開發區，占地面積80余畝，擁有生產車間30000余平方米，數控車床、加工中心、數控插齒機、拉齒機等生產設備300余臺（套），加工檢測設備70余臺（套）。幾年來，公司實現了跨越式發展，一躍成為目前國內規模大、實力最強，集科研設計、加工制造一體化服務的高端行星減速機專業制造企業，已形成了年產15萬臺（套）高端行星減速機生產線，是全球動力傳動領域的主要供應商之一。
