隨著業務的發展，在2006年新建立了江蘇江威齒輪箱有限公司，2006年7月公司在常州市附近，江陰市璜土開發區征用了50畝土地，3.33萬平方米，已建設完工投入使用的廠房6598平方米，在建工程16000平方米廠房，2007年9月全部建設完工，公司擁有固定資產1.26億元人民幣，在職員工500人，
