板式給料機減速器

DT系列板式給料機專用減速器，是我公司為板式給料機驅(qū)動裝置專門設(shè)計的減速器，可配套于各種規(guī)格的板式給料機。

　　根據(jù)其結(jié)構(gòu)和速比可分為6個型號和9種傳動比，可用用于各類板式給料機。
　　我公司生產(chǎn)的DT系列減速機，它在吸收德國奧倫斯坦.科佩爾公司的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)之上，研發(fā)出該系列產(chǎn)品。該減速器采用整體懸掛、無基礎(chǔ)，減少了由于安裝產(chǎn)生的誤差，提高了使用壽命；連接方式采用空心軸無鍵連接，拆卸簡單、維護方便。
　　本系列減速器適用于重、中和輕型板式給料機的驅(qū)動裝置，結(jié)構(gòu)形式為直交行星，體積小，重量輕。輸入軸轉(zhuǎn)速不大于1500r/min；傳動比280~840；輸出扭矩24000~239000N.m。也可用于其它運輸機械。

Our company produces the DT series reducer, it absorbs the German orenstein. The reducer adopts integral suspension and no foundation, which reduces the error caused by installation and improves the service life. The connection method adopts hollow shaft keyless connection, easy to disassemble and maintain.
This series reducer is suitable for driving device of heavy, medium and light plate feeder. The speed of the input shaft should not be greater than 1500r/min; Transmission ratio: 280~840; Output torque 24000~239000N. M. Can also be used in other transport machinery.
